These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on this web site from Smart Tent Africa. Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current at the time the order is placed. Smart Tent Africa may alter, add to or delete from these terms and conditions without notice. You are advised to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order. Orders
All orders placed through this web site are accepted subject to confirmation by Smart Tent Africa. Where the goods are either no longer available, or not currently available you will be notified by Smart Tent Africa as soon as possible. Smart Tent Africa may vary prices in the event of either price changes or errors made by suppliers. If Smart Tent Africa requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Smart Tent Africa prior to shipment of the equipment. Equipment will not be shipped for seven (7) days if we have notified you by email and not received a response; equipment will be shipped the morning of the arranged delivery day if we contact you by telephone. Smart Tent Africa aims to display up-to-date pictures from the manufacturer of all of the goods on this web site. However, our picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods. Smart Tent Africa reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers or distributors. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order on the date requested. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Smart Tent Africa to be authorised to receive the goods. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, Smart Tent Africa may charge you additional delivery fees unless we were provided instructions to leave the equipment at a specific location. Once the goods are delivered to you, or an authorised representative, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they become lost or damaged. Complaints must be made, within 4 business days of delivery, to the Smart Tent Africa head office, either by telephone, email or fax. VAT
The prices displayed on this website include 14%VAT. This Oztent website has been intended for use by South African residents only. If you are wishing to place an order to an address outside of South Africa please contact us before you place your order to confirm price and delivery charges. Payment
Payment may be made through the payment section of this web site, or at the time of demonstration for customers within the Smart Tent Africa shop. Methods of payment acceptable before delivery are restricted to: * EFTPOS payment through Visa, MasterCard or Diners Card
* Bank cheque payable to Smart Tent Africa * Cash for personal shoppers only. (DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL) Payment upon delivery is not available at this time for customers outside the Smart Tent Africa shop. Returns & Refunds
Any goods which fail during the manufacturers warranty period may be returned for replacement or repair according to the manufacturers warranty terms. Smart Tent Africa will endeavour to provide a loan replacement during the period the manufacturer restores the goods under warranty. Privacy Smart Tent Africa will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order, unless you have indicated that this information may be passed to other parties. Any liability of Smart Tent Africa in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Smart Tent Africa be limited to: i. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and ii. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
